項(xiàng)目位于廣東佛山三水區(qū)西南街道西河路北側(cè),東鄰北江明珠,南面可望北江一線江景,北江岸邊是三水南港碼頭,沒有大型建筑物遮擋,將來項(xiàng)目可以一覽整個北江江景。
The project is located on the north side of Xihe Road, southwest street, Sanshui District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. It is adjacent to Beijiang Pearl in the east, the Beijiang River in the south, and the Sanshui Nangang Port on the bank of the Beijiang River. There is no large building blockage. In the future, the project can view the entire Beijiang River. .

在時代南灣一期景觀設(shè)計邏輯的基礎(chǔ)上,如何進(jìn)一步提升產(chǎn)品力?如何最大化為業(yè)主提供價值?現(xiàn)有商業(yè)街尺度下如何做好市政界面到商鋪的過渡和人流導(dǎo)入,也作為展示期間對外展示街面?如何做好主入口前場到后場過渡,提升業(yè)主自豪感與舒適的歸家體驗(yàn)?如何協(xié)調(diào)展示區(qū)動線與大區(qū)動線,展示最優(yōu)社區(qū)配套的同時也作為永久社區(qū)景觀? 帶著這些問題,box團(tuán)隊(duì)與甲方一同探討、研究和碰撞給出了答案。最終在雙方默契配合下以最高完成度將設(shè)計落地。
On the basis of the landscape design logic of the first phase of the South Bay, how to further enhance the product strength? How to maximize the value of the owner? How to make the transition from the municipal interface to the shop and the introduction of people flow at the existing commercial street scale, and also show the street as a show during the exhibition? How to make the transition from the front entrance to the backcourt of the main entrance, and enhance the owner's pride and comfortable homecoming experience? How to coordinate the display area and the regional dynamic line, show the best community support and also serve as a permanent community landscape? With these questions, the box team discussed and researched and collided with Party A to give the answer. In the end, with the tacit cooperation between the two parties, the design will be put to the highest degree of completion.

項(xiàng)目為時代中國景觀標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化灰色現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)品線的詮釋,以折線,非對稱形式為主,展示區(qū)采用圍板進(jìn)行圍合,利用植物組團(tuán)來弱化邊界,同時減少大區(qū)施工過程中對展示區(qū)景觀體驗(yàn)的影響。景觀體驗(yàn)區(qū)及休息平臺盡可能考慮作為交付區(qū)來永久使用,避免二次拆建帶來的浪費(fèi)。
The project is in grey modern style, with fold lines and asymmetrical forms. The display area is surrounded by coamings, which use plant groups to weaken the boundaries and reduce the impact on the landscape experience of the exhibition area during the construction of the area. The landscape experience area and the rest platform should be considered as a delivery area for permanent use as much as possible to avoid waste caused by secondary demolition.

社區(qū)主入口前場空間左側(cè)高大的精神堡壘,昭示性強(qiáng);簡潔干凈的鋪裝和簡單純粹的植物層次,營造寬敞大氣的空間體驗(yàn);中央水景干脆利落的線條,無多余裝飾,經(jīng)過反復(fù)推敲精準(zhǔn)的比例和尺度,讓整個設(shè)計傳達(dá)出厚重感和整體性;在對外展示方面,向外傾斜的造型結(jié)合主題雕塑和霧噴裝置,更令其成為整個場地的視線焦點(diǎn)。
The spiritual fortress on the left side of the front entrance of the community main entrance is highly indicative; simple and clean pavement and simple and pure plant level create a spacious and atmospheric space experience; the central waterscape has crisp and clean lines, no extra decoration, after repeated scrutiny Accurate proportions and scales make the whole design convey a sense of weight and integrity; in terms of external display, the outwardly inclined shape combined with the theme sculpture and fog spray device makes it the focus of the entire site.

商業(yè)街鋪裝主要由兩種不同顏色的石材相互交錯鋪砌而成,非對稱的鋪裝形式令場地空間構(gòu)圖更具張力感;動線和林下休息空間與形式完美融合,更具有韻律感和節(jié)奏感。
Commercial street paving is mainly made up of two different colors of stone intertwined. The asymmetric paving form makes the space composition of the site more tension-like; the moving line and the rest space under the forest are perfectly integrated with the form, which is more rhythmic and sense of rhythm.

經(jīng)門樓進(jìn)入園區(qū)后,是整個園區(qū)的中心軸線,由草坪和列植樹組成的林蔭道,整個空間給歸家業(yè)主帶來了舒適體驗(yàn)。
After entering the park through the gate building, it is the central axis of the entire park. The avenues consisting of lawns and tree plantings allow the entire space scale to give the homeowners a comfortable experience.

兒童活動區(qū)以“幸運(yùn)島”為主題,為了滿足不同年齡段的兒童,將場地劃分為多個不同板塊,不同區(qū)域之間保留足夠的安全距離,為孩子提供安全的初級探索性體驗(yàn)空間。
The children's activity area is based on the theme of “Clover Island”. In order to meet children of different ages, the site is divided into several different sections, and sufficient safety distances are reserved between different areas to provide a safe primary exploratory experience space for children.

在原有單一的泳池模塊上規(guī)劃休閑會所供用戶休閑健身,拓展多元項(xiàng)目,豐富小區(qū)休閑文娛活動的同時,在視線上也與泳池相互呼應(yīng)。
On the original single pool module, the leisure club is planned for users to relax and expand, to expand multi-projects, to enrich the community leisure and entertainment activities, and to echo the swimming pool on the line of sight.

簡潔干凈的泳池空間,搭配熱帶棕櫚和常綠地被,純凈清爽;對泳池的邊緣地帶進(jìn)行視線管理,以連續(xù)綠植將西側(cè)施工界面屏蔽。
Simple and clean pool space, with tropical palms and evergreen quilts, pure and refreshing; line of sight management on the edge of the pool, with continuous green plants to shield the west side of the construction interface.
