　　深圳賽瑞景觀工程設(shè)計(jì)有限公司是2000年9月其在中國(guó)地區(qū)成立的分支機(jī)構(gòu)。多年來(lái)，賽瑞在景觀設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)穩(wěn)步發(fā)展，成為國(guó)內(nèi)公司規(guī)模、技術(shù)實(shí)力、業(yè)績(jī)等方面都處于行業(yè)前沿的專業(yè)景觀設(shè)計(jì)公司。

　　設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目涉及大型綜合性公共綠地開發(fā)規(guī)劃、商業(yè)區(qū)開發(fā)、濱水公園、酒店、購(gòu)物中心、高級(jí)住宅/別墅區(qū)及大型綜合性小區(qū)、市政公園、城市設(shè)計(jì)以及風(fēng)景區(qū)和渡假村的規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)。經(jīng)過(guò)多年努力奮斗，到目前為止，已在中國(guó)地區(qū)出色完成了近二百個(gè)項(xiàng)目。

　　賽瑞（CSC）設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)宗旨是“為人類創(chuàng)造更好的人居環(huán)境”，并本著“非常國(guó)際?非常本土”的設(shè)計(jì)理念，薈萃中西方的設(shè)計(jì)理念，為本地市場(chǎng)服務(wù)，努力創(chuàng)造人與自然的和諧空間。

　　公司主要獲獎(jiǎng)：

　　2006年底至2008年初，賽瑞連續(xù)參與了“濰坊白浪河濱水景觀設(shè)計(jì)”、 “山東蓬萊中心區(qū)城市設(shè)計(jì)”、 “長(zhǎng)沙瀏陽(yáng)河風(fēng)光帶景觀設(shè)計(jì)”“重慶金碧天下”的國(guó)際招標(biāo)，在與多家國(guó)內(nèi)外知名設(shè)計(jì)單位的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中標(biāo)。

　　2007年1月獲聯(lián)合國(guó)友好理事會(huì)（FOTUN）頒發(fā)“全球人居環(huán)境景觀設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)”；

　　2005年中國(guó)居住創(chuàng)新典范項(xiàng)目推介中我司設(shè)計(jì)的“滇池衛(wèi)城”項(xiàng)目獲得中國(guó)人居國(guó)際影響力樓盤稱號(hào)；

　　2005年6月我司設(shè)計(jì)的由深圳廣播電影電視集團(tuán)舉辦的2005年“深圳西岸經(jīng)典住宅頒獎(jiǎng)盛典”，作為深圳西岸第一大盤的深業(yè)新岸線獲得 “深圳西岸濱海生態(tài)人文標(biāo)志社區(qū)”大獎(jiǎng)并獲得聯(lián)合國(guó)相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)授予的“國(guó)際濱海人文社區(qū)”榮譽(yù)；

　　2003年12月榮獲“中國(guó)優(yōu)秀景觀設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)”稱號(hào)

　　CSC is an international well-known landscape company specializing in landscape and urban planning design，dealing with residential, offices, and public spaces environmental design. With a strong Design Team, this company gained lots of design experiences through many projects local, and abroad.

　　As a branch structure of Canadian CSC in China, Shenzhen Sairui Landscape Engineering and Design Co. Ltd. (i.e. Shenzhen CSC) was established in September, 2000. After years of stead development in landscape design field, Shenzhen CSC now has become a leading professional company, among terms of company scale, technology strength, and business performance. The past project designed by the company includes the development plan for large-scaled comprehensive public greenbelts, the development of commercial areas, parks on waterbank, hotels, shopping center, advanced residential areas/ villas, and large-scaled residential areas, municipal gardens, city-scape design, development and design of scenic spot and the vocation villages. Today, after great efforts and devotiing to landscape design, Shenzhen CSC has accomplished nearly 200 projects in China.

　　Main Awards of the Company:

　　From the end of 2006 to the beginning of 2008, Shenzhen CSC consistently participated in several international tenders, such as White Wave River Border Landscape Design, Weifang,  Design of the Center of Penglai City, Shandong Province, Liu Yang Riverscape Design, Changsha, Jin Bi Tian Xia, Chongqing. After keen tender competition, Shenzhen CSC won the competition of those projects design.

　　In January, 2007, won Prize of Global Best Landscape Design for Environment of Human Beings, awarded by FOTUN.

　　In 2005, the project of Dianchi Defensell Uptown designed by CSC

　　Won good reputation of Most Influencing Landscape for Human

　　Beings of China in the competition of Creative Residential Project in

　　China.

　　In June, 2005, in the Grand Ceremony for Awards for Classical Residential Area on the West Bank of Shenzhen held by Shenzhen Broadcast, Film&Television Corp., as the initial domain of the West Bank of Shenzhen, Shenye Xinganxian Garden designed by CSC, won the prize of Shenzhen West Bank Coast Eological &Humanitarian Sign Community, as well as the reputation of International Coast Hunamity Community awarded by some relative orgnization of the UN.

　　In December, 2003, won the reputation of Excellent Landscape Design Orgnization in China.
